Lynne Arial, LPC

Lynne supports her clients in creating greater health and balance using a holistic approach to wellness. Besides counseling, Lynne includes wellness education and lifestyle assessments to address her clients as the whole beings that they are, body/mind/spirit.

Lynne's psychotherapeutic orientation (the lens through which she sees her clients) is Transpersonal, which defines who we are as an essence or spirit, rather than as an ego or personality. We all have an ego and a personality, but who we are is much bigger than that!

To resolve the traumatic experiences from the past or the present that interfere with life, Lynne uses multiple methods including inner-child regression work, guided imagery and hypnotherapy, the Aikido of Emotion process, and EMDR.

To assist her clients in having greater ease and more harmonious connections and joy in their relationships, Lynne is masterful at assessing the dynamics in a relationship and initiating practical, successful, and enjoyable solutions that make a difference.

Lynne holds a B.A. in Holistic Health & Wellness Education and an M.A. in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, and is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Process Therapist. In addition, Lynne has extensive postgraduate training in experiential process techniques such as gestalt therapy, guided imagery and other body-centered strategies. Lynne teaches her own technique and practice called, the Aikido of Emotion, and specializes in relationship issues, assessment and couples counseling. She also has training in macrobiotics and other nutritional modalities.

Says Lynne, "My own rich life experiences and challenges have contributed to my sensitivity and compassion for myself and others, and my trust in Source Energy/God."
